Hunting Rules in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Hunting with DrinaMagicStay follows strict regulations to ensure sustainability and safety. Game shooting requires prior approval from your guide and adheres to an agreed price list. Unauthorized shooting incurs a fine double the game’s estimated value. Deer hunting is restricted to rifles with a maximum of two bullets; semi-automatic rifles must be reduced to two shots. Trophies are evaluated by the International Council for the Preservation of Wildlife and Hunting (CIC) formula, with each earning a trophy certificate and a CIC medal (gold, silver, or bronze). The trophy belongs to the hunter, though meat costs are separate. The daily organizational fee covers hunting organization, entrance fees, a professional guide, facility use, and trophy transport.
